North Polk Activity Registration - BOUND

  • We are excited to announce that starting this fall we will be a full partner with BOUND, a full-scale athletic, activities, and facilities management system. With this transition, there will be two main components, a public website and a family account/portal. Starting this fall, all students participating in activities in grades 7-12, must register through Bound. To learn more about the process and to get your student(s) registered for their activity programs, click on the link below. Please note, that this doesn’t replace regular school registration.

  • If you need a midyear change in transportation (between September 9th, 2024, and April 2025), please complete the transportation request form on the website at www.northpolk.org. It will be located under the School Registration tab, under the Busing/Change of Address, or the Transportation tab, only during that time window. If you have any questions, please reach out to Marcy Hanigan.

Code of Conduct and Concussion Checkbox

  • Please note, that those who have Middle School and High School Students participating in activities need to complete the Code of Conduct and Concussion checkboxes as part of the online registration.
